With the CIRCO method, we use a proven process to support companies in implementing a circular economy. During the CIRCO Track, participants develop a strategy for implementing circular economy in their company in just six weeks. At the end of the program, you will not only have a clear action plan, but also a convincing pitch to present your ideas internally or externally.
You can expect three tried-and-tested phases spread over four workshop days:
- initiate – analyze the value chain
Kick-off meeting, status quo analysis, identify circular business opportunities - ideate – develop ideas
Implement a suitable business model, redesign products and/or introduce additional services - implement – create an action plan
Creation of an individual action plan and a pitch presentation
